Most IT consulting firms are great at the part about fixing the short-term chaos but it’s the long-term planning that separates them more than anything. From an information technology marketing perspective, we knew that Silent IT could capitalize on this point of difference through their website and ongoing content that would speak to the overall business goals in a common, easily understood language. Not just tech speak. In fact, they knew this too, which is why they turned to Caliber.
During our strategy sessions for Medlin Communications, it was apparent from our interviews that while we could tell a wire and cable installation story all day long, there was an element of IT consulting that also presented an opportunity to brand the company’s offering as the Medlin System, giving it a more complete range of services pre-and post-sale. Now, it’s hard to do this kind of technology marketing authentically without the right people in place, but Medlin fortunately had just those individuals. In addition to crafting different types of content toward partners who would turn to Medlin for high profile installations, the company consulted with us on new product development such as its MedlinMove migration product and Medlin Asset Protection (M.A.P.) program to help safeguard a client’s long-term investment.
