At Caliber, our process follows three major steps to help ensure we’re a proper fit for going forward.

  1. The first step is one we call Getting To Know You. Just prior to our very first Discovery meeting or call, we’d like you to fill out a simple Marketing Check-Up form to get some background that should take you no more than 20-30 minutes to complete. It’s a very good thing for us to have the most productive and efficient first meeting. Once completed, we’ll arrange a Discovery meeting that will consist of some questions from us as well as a lot of listening and understanding of your current challenges from a marketing perspective.
  2. If we’re feeling good about this first interaction in person, over the phone or through Zoom video, we’ll agree to take the next step, which pertains to Strategy. Yes, that’s right – we truly do put strategy over tactics and it’s built into our process from the very beginning. You will have your choice of one of two strategic assessments based on your budget, timeline and needs: Either a Total Online Presence Audit or Strategy First Blueprint.The Total Online Presence Audit is an audit and action plan delivered 2 weeks after completing an intake form. It involves a complete analysis of your website, SEO, content effectiveness, social media and competitive landscape. It also includes an action plan for your website structure, on-page/off-page SEO, local SEO, reputation management and editorial plan.The Strategy First Blueprint is an in-depth strategic marketing plan developed over the course of 30-40 days. It includes everything in the Total Online Presence Audit PLUS development of a core message, ideal client personas for your market segments, client interviews, our Marketing Hourglass, a content calendar and 4-6 high-level strategies.
  3. Upon presentation of the Total Online Presence Audit or Strategy First Blueprint, we’ll talk about not only our findings and insights but how you’d like to execute our recommendations. If you would like Caliber to handle the ongoing marketing for your company based on these recommendations (and surely more to come), we will have an immediate discussion about the type of Engagement options before you that you can be most comfortable with. We will arrive at an agreement on a program among one of our options or a similar mix: Local Foundation, Jumpstart, Catalyst or Marketing Department.
